Colton has spent the past 10 years managing gyms across the country, building a deep understanding of fitness, nutrition, and the real challenges people face when trying to take care of their bodies. With a background as a certified personal trainer, his approach is grounded in experience, consistency, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel and perform better.
